The purpose of this report is to document the achievements, results, and outcomes of PATHS2 towards ensuring physical and financial access to quality health care services for the poor, particularly women and children, at the federal, state, and local government area (LGA) level in the five states in which the programme is working. This annual report focuses on the vital impact PATHS2 has had on improving maternal, infant, and child health service delivery through its direct support to its service delivery pillars and through health system strengthening at all levels. It covers the period of August 2013-July 2014.
